I happened across two button sample cards from the 1940’s. Of course I gleefully brought them home!

One says ‘smoked pearl’ on the back with the date January 1949. There are 33 buttons of various sizes.

The second has no info on the back and has 85 various sizes and types of buttons. It looks like the card is not quite complete- it is missing 4 buttons.
