Frosty (Lincoln cross) was named for his ears that ended up a little frostbitten when he was born. We weren't sure he would keep them but it turns out he did! He is now VERY big boy, however, he still thinks certain items are bottles? It is very easy to worm him or give him medicine if he needs it--silly sheep!
Frosty's best friend is Goliath. They pal around and act all silly even though they are middle aged fellows now. Kind of an odd couple. Frosty is a very large sheep, Goliath is a smaller sheep. Whatever works though right?
Frosty is a Lincoln cross sheep with curls that average 4+ inches of silky softness. He loves hugs, me and he is always such a clown!
2017 update: This peach of a sheep has moved into our retirement/special needs group. He's 16 years old?! How the heck does that happen anyway? Seems like yesterday he was galloping around our house all diapered up. Sigh. Such a good good boy. He's still very busy growing beautiful wool! Here is an example:
Frosty is such a sweet old fellow! 15 years old now. Where the heck does time go? Seems like yesterday he was just a bottle lamb racing around my house in diapers? Getting tired and flopping down on his favorite blanket. Piled up with all his lamb friends. I miss those days of rocking them to sleep!
Now I am the best because I bring fruit loop snacks out to the sheep. Frosty is the first one to gallop up for his share!
